原本我給學校十個條件去找適合的寄宿家庭

1.我的寄宿家庭父母會很樂意經常和我說話

2.我希望他們有很多和外國人相處很好的經驗

3.我希望沒有小孩和他們住在一起

4.如果他們有寵物，我會希望他們不會太大，因為我怕大隻的狗

5.我希望有 一兩 個來自不同國家的室友

6.如果我的室友和我同年齡層更好

7.ㄧ個漂亮的房子

8.房子不要離學校太遠

9.寄宿家庭可以提供腳踏車給我

10.我不吃牛肉和羊肉

Originally, I gave school ten conditions to find a suitable

homestay.

1. My homestay parents would be willing to have frequent conversation with me.

2. I hope that they have lots of experiences of getting along with foreigners.

3. I hope they have no children living with them.

4. If they have pets, I’d be happy that the pets were not too big , due to I fear of big dogs.

5. I hope I could have one or two housemates who came from different countries.

6. It would be better that my housemates are in my peer group .

7. A beautiful house.

8. The house is not too far from school.

9. My homestay could provide a bicycle to me. (It is very important to me )

10. I don’t eat beef and lamb.

位置：她的家靠近購物中心、電影院，而且開車大約十分鐘就可以到夏洛特鎮和學校。

職業：Carol剛從學校的秘書職位退休，而且會做一些義工的工作。

小孩：她有ㄧ個28歲的女兒在唸大學，沒有和她住在一起。

寵物：Carol有ㄧ隻貓，大部分的時間都待在外面

興趣：Carol喜歡享受家庭生活、逛街、看電影、傍晚健行、週末野餐。

Occupation：Carol has recently retired from a school secretary position and does some voluntary work.

Children：She has one daughter, Rebecca, 28 years, who attends University. She does not live at home.

Pets：Carol has a cat that stays outside most of the time.

Hobbies：Carol enjoys family-life activities, shopping, movies, evening hikes and weekend picnics. She has high-speed internet , that is available for the students.
