When you arrived at the school at the first day, they will take a picture for you. Then, they will put your picture on the bulletin board. This picture included all numbers of the school.
This is a small size school. The most popular period is in July and August. It was not only over 30 students but also the numbers always changed every week. Helen, who came from Taiwan and stayed here 4 months, told me there were about 10 students in winter.
PS- I did not know why they put my picture in the obvious right corner.

我大都在這ㄧ間教室上課，早上九點上課，八點五十分這裡卻一個人都沒有，一開始我覺得很奇怪，後來我發現，原來大家都在地下室的電腦間用電腦，不然就是住得遠的同學，由寄宿家庭開車載過來，不可能太早到校。
下午三點半之後放學，一瞬間幾乎全校走光光，想找人說話還不見得找得到人，這和上次去紐西蘭遊學的情形差很多，在紐西蘭放學之後大家還會聊天一下再回家。
我曾問過同學們，放學後你們到底再做什麼？
1.住寄宿家庭比較遠的，放學就被接回家--沒幹麻。
2.自己租房子的，去超市買菜，準備做自己的晚餐和第二天午餐，還有有網路的就掛在網上。
I spent the most time studying in this classroom. The course will begin at nine o’clock but I could not find anyone at 8：50. Then, I found they stayed in the computer room of basement. Some students who lived very far from school could not come to school early because they needed their homestay to pick them up.
After school, almost everyone left school at three and half o’clock at once. It was difficult to find or talk with someone. It was different from the school of NZ . After school, we usually talked with each other before we went home.
I have asked my classmates, “What are you doing after school?
1. The farther homestay－After school, they will be picked up. Then, they will nothing to do.
2. Renting the house by oneself －They will go to the supermarket. Then, prepare their dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Some of them will surf on the Internet.

如果你寫mail給學校，都是由Vi接洽的，寄宿家庭也是她安排的。我請她幫我換過兩次寄宿家庭，我的心得是--拜託別人時，嘴巴要甜ㄧ點。
If you wrote the mail to school, it will be taken up a matter with Vi. She also arranges the homestay. I asked her to help me to change homestay two times. According to my experiences, when you ask someone to help you, you have to be sweet.

這裡的正職老師並不多，有一半是兼差的，我的老師們都是兼差的，暑假過完，就不在的...但是我覺得他們都敎得不錯。
There are not many formal teachers in this school. A half of them are part time -teachers. All of my teachers are part time-teachers. After this summer vacation, they will leave here. However, I still consider that they are very good.

An Entrance of the Dormitory－Sending Yayoi to Japan.
這ㄧ天，來到宿舍是因為Yayoi要回日本了，她是日本人，和我同年齡，和他相處機會不多，卻可以感受到她的個人魅力，大家都滿捨不得她走的。
Yayoi will go back to Japan so that I came here. She is a Japanese. We are the same age. Even through we did not get along for a long time, I still could feel her personal charm. Everyone did not want to let her go.

學校的宿舍是ㄧ棟木造的老建築物，裡面只能住八個學生，ㄧ般很難申請到，要排隊...
裡面住的大都是日本人，但是在我離開之後...有兩個台灣人住進去了。聽說宿舍裡的日本人英文好的會敎英文不好的同學。
以下費用皆是一星期的價格~
住宿費用：5~9月105元加幣；4~10月85元加幣
寄宿家庭費用：175元加幣
The dormitory is an old wood building. It only can allow eight students. It is very difficult to apply for living in the dormitory. You need to fall in line.
There were almost Japanese in the dormitory. But after I left there, two Taiwanese will live there. It was said that Japanese who get good grade would teach English classmates with low grade in the dormitory.
