The most famous food in P.E.I. is lobster. The breed of the lobster is different than the other places. I have never seen it before. Boiling the lobster without any flavoring, then, it will be very delicious.

我個人認為龍蝦最好的的部位在背脊，比較沒味道的地方在兩個大夾子，此外，龍蝦每ㄧ個部位都可以吃，就連最後面的尾鰭，其實裡面也有肉可以吃喔！
In my opinion, the most delicious part is the back. The flavor of the two chelas is light. Besides, every part of the lobster is good to eat. Even the tail fin has the meat inside.

這個學校每個星期五下午有~課外活動，如果你參加的是全天的課程，就可以免費參加課外活動；如果你只是參加半天的課程，卻要參加課外活動的話，就必須付錢。
我參加的是一個月的全天課程，所以我有四次機會可以參加課外活動，課外活動有時在戶外，有時在室內。夏天時以安的景點為主，例如參觀綠屋，但是我沒有遇到，Helen說她在這裡四個月，就去過綠屋三次，所以待得久，課外活動就會重複。
龍蝦大餐是我參加的第一個課外活動，地點在學校的地下室，你也可以自己準備食物和大家分享，有些寄宿家庭會做蛋糕讓學生帶來給大家吃喔！這個活動大約一小時，吃完就沒了...
This school has the activity on every Friday afternoon. You can join it for free, if you register the fully day program. Otherwise, you should pay the fee for registering the part time program.
Since I registered the fully day program for one month, I had four chances to join the activities. Sometimes, the activities were in the outdoor and sometimes were not. In summer, it is arranged to visit Anne’s scenic spots, for example, the Green Gables. Unfortunately, I missed it. Helen told me that she has been to the Green Gables for three times in four months. Therefore, the longer you stay, the activities will repeat more.
Having the mwal of lobster was my first activity. It took place in the basement of the school. You could prepare the food to share with everyone. Some of home-stay make a cake for students. It took about one hour. After eating, the party was over.
每ㄧ個人都有ㄧ隻喔！ Everybody had one lobster.
大家都吃得很開心 Everyone had a good time.
