這是我在艾德華王子島的最後一個晚餐

之前我和Dorren就先約好，請她幫我們買龍蝦

而我們來這裡做中國菜給她吃

當我們來到這兒，Dorren的丈夫已經買好龍蝦等著我們

當地人去買龍蝦會比較便宜喔！

    This was my last time to eat supper in PEI . I made an appointment with Dorren before. I asked her to buy lobsters for us, and we cooked Chinese food for her. When we arrived here, Dorren’s husband already bought lobsters and waited for us. If local people buy lobsters, the price will be cheaper than us.

Dorren真的是一個很好客的人

Dorren is really a hospitable person.

趁Helen在廚房做菜，我們到外面拍照

 When Helen cooked in the kitchen, we took pictures outside.

露營區真的非常的大...分成好幾個區塊

上次我來時是假日，人比現在還要多...

The camping area was really very big, and it was separated into several blocks.

Last time I came here on holiday, and there were much more people than now.

我想跟龍蝦合照，但是又不敢抓...

只好請Adam幫我把他抓住，Adam還拿龍蝦嚇我....

我想我真的很不適合做菜，活的我都不敢碰ㄟ

    I wanted to take a picture with the lobsters, but I was afraid to touch them. Therefore, I asked Adam to catch them. Adam took the lobsters to scare me. I think that I really do not fit to cook. All of live animals, I am afraid to touch them.

Dorren的老公用剪刀把龍蝦上面的繩子剪掉

Dorren’s husband used a scissors to cut the line on lobsters.

再把龍蝦放進滾燙的水裡

Then, he putted lobsters into boiled water.

大家都忍不住跑出來看

Everyone could not help going outside.

Helen菜煮到一半，跑出來說要先跟龍蝦合照

When Helen was cooking, she went outside and wanted to take pictures with lobsters.

廚房裡可是非常熱鬧~ It was very teeming in the kitchen.

我和Rita在廚房自認是沒有用的人...佔空間的....

我們的最大功用的就搞笑，讓大家開心~^O^~

Rita and I admired that we were useless in the kitchen. We wasted the space.

Our biggest function— amusing everyone to let everyone have fun.

說實話我已經忘記為什麼我們都笑得這麼開心

現在看到照片...也忍不住笑了起來...

To tell the true, I forgot why we laughed.

Now, I could not help myself laughing when I saw this picture.

Dorren把煮好的龍蝦端出來，大家都搶著照相

Dorren served lobsters that were ready for eating, and everyone wanted to take pictures with them.

這可是熱騰騰...在冒煙的ㄛ！ These were hot and smoking.

這是拖車裡的客廳，旁邊還有電視喔！

上次我來這裡就是睡在沙發上面

This is a living room and there is a TV in the trailer.

Last time I slept on the sofa.

Dorren很熱情的邀請我們留下來過夜...

可惜的是明天早上我就要搭飛機離開了

不然我真的很想留下來

Dorren was very enthusiastic and invited us to stay here overnight.

It was a pity that I would take on the airplane tomorrow morning, otherwise I really wanted to stay here.

吃龍蝦了~ Let’s eat lobsters.

龍蝦殼很硬，要用夾子夾碎再吃

The lobsters have hard shells. Before you eat, you need to use a clamp to crush them

Dorren敎我們用龍蝦沾著奶油吃....好好吃ㄛ

這時候是不是會發胖...我已經不想管了

Dorren taught us to eat lobsters with butter. It was so delicious.

At this time, I did not care about if I would become fat.

我們一人吃ㄧ隻龍蝦喔！羨慕嗎？

Helen煮炒米粉給大家吃

外國朋友都很喜歡喔！他們覺得很特別

米粉是我們從當地的亞洲食物商店買的

Everyone had a lobster. Were you envious of us?

Helen cooked rice noodles for everybody.

All of our foreign friends liked them. They felt the rice noodles were very special.

The rice noodles were bought from a local Asia shop.

Dorren的鄰居也一起來吃...

最後我們用自動攝影，拍下了這張大合照

Dorren’s neighbors ate lobsters along with us.

Finally, we took this picture by an instant camera.

夜深了...

要跟親愛的Dorren說再見了...

儘管有ㄧ千個一萬個不捨...

還是要說再見

在我離開的時候

Dorren把我叫住，偷偷拿了一個禮物給我

原來是她自己畫的魯冰花(艾德華王子島的特產，只有六月才盛開)

當場我的眼淚一個不小心就掉了下來...

    When it was very late at night, I needed to say good-bye to Dorren. Even though, it was hard to say good-bye. I still needed to say. When I left, Dorren gave me a gift. It was a picture with lupins painted by Dorren. (Lupins are the specialty in PEI , and only bloom in June.)

    At that moment, my tears fell down abruptly.

Dorren說：「Pink妳一定要再回來喔！」

我會的.....謝謝Dorren....

謝謝我在艾德華王子島遇到的每ㄧ個人

謝謝...

再美好的故事也有結束的時候

我不會有遺憾...

因為我來過....我帶走大家滿滿的祝福
